Ms. Charu Raizada is an award-winning expert in integrated communications and crisis management, bringing over 25 years of experience to the field. She has successfully advised numerous businesses, working closely with C-suite executives to build trust and enhance corporate reputations in an ever-evolving marketplace. As the Private Sector Coordinator at Catalyst 2030, Charu focuses on creating meaningful connections between the private sector and social entrepreneurs. Her dedication to fostering partnerships that generate shared value and promote solidarity is evident in her work. Charu has led impactful sustainability and corporate social responsibility (CSR) campaigns that drive behavioural change, showcasing her strengths in strategic planning, ideation, and managing multi-stakeholder initiatives. Her commitment to purpose-led work and her extensive background make her a valuable addition to our team at Empower People. Ms. Mona Dutt Prinjha

Ms. Mona is a seasoned Telecom Professional with over 28 years of extensive local and international experience in the telecom industry. In her current role at Nokia, she serves as the Head of APJ (Asia Pacific and Japan) and India Market, Global Sales Support, where she leads Pre-sales and Tendering support for 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G networks. Previously, she served as the Market Operations Lead for India and MEA, Solutioning Lead for Europe, and Head of Technology. She has also held senior positions at Huawei and Ericsson, overseeing operations and product management across multiple regions. A natural leader with strong interpersonal skills, Mona excels in managing cross-functional teams in diverse global environments. Her deep understanding of the Telecom domain and her ability to build business networks make her a valuable addition to our team. Mona’s dedication to driving innovation in the Telecom sector and her vast experience make her a significant asset to Empower People. We are excited to utilize her insights and expertise as we work towards fostering positive social change and empowering marginalized communities. Dr. Sabu Mathew George

Advisor

Dr. George has 30 years of experience working on female foeticide, female infanticide, malnutrition, and neglect of female children. He is based in New Delhi and has published numerous researches on child nutrition and sex selection. Dr. George has also organized public action, created jurisprudence through litigation, initiated media sensitisation efforts, and been persistent in the implementation of the Pre-Natal Diagnostic Techniques (PNDT) Act in India.
